We have a new addition at the Haga Ocean Butterfly House! Let us introduce Kimmy, a 10-year-old dabbaga who recently moved in with us.
Kimmy has been donated to the Butterfly House and now has a new home where our animal caretaker, Hedda, looks after her and makes sure she’s happy.
Kimmy has already shown a bit of her personality. One of her favorite things is sitting on someone’s shoulder! It seems like she really wants to be right in the thick of things and keep an eye on her surroundings.
Dabbagamas are fascinating lizards, and we're very excited to welcome Kimmy to our animal family.
The next time you visit the Butterfly House, be sure to keep an eye out for Kimmy!
A warm welcome to you, Kimmy! 🦎💚
